If it wasn't for "Art School Girl", it would probably be my favorite album from them. Their fifth album (Shangri La) is also really underrated. I got the chance to see them live before Scott died, they put on a great show.
I saw them twice. Once in 2000 when I was so destroyed from being 17, an idiot, and think my pale ass would be fine in the sun for 8 hours with no sunscreen.

Then (apparently) again on the Family Values Tour 2001 based on internet records. I do remember seeing them on this tour and Scott Weiland showed himself to be an amazing frontman. That might have been because Linkin Park and Staind wouldn't know charisma if it **** in their mouth, but he blew the audience away.

They are pilots of the stone temple. And the first iteration was Stone Temple Pirates. They made the right change.
Why does a stone temple need a pilot? Where's it going?

Based on what? They aren't getting finger banged by Pitchfork? Or aren't 1954 ****-my-sister music. Give me a break. There are a lot of band bands. You don't have to like them. But they're not bad. It might be worth finding a better word for describing what you mean.
Unless it's punk (and punk as defined by him) elphenor rates it as bad. He dismisses whole genres this way, ie metal, prog. There's no talking to him. If he doesn't like it, it's crap. He's almost like a slightly(!) more mature norg.

I do wonder what the most mainstream thing elphenor will tolerate. Clash, GG Allen, Fear?

I love many Smashing Pumpkins songs but this is the best for me. Whatever's going on with the guitars in the end is crazy

"Is Pitchfork in the room with us right now" is what your analyst must be asking you

Great song. This is another one of their most underrated gems.
