Curious about what elphenor envisions when he says club music tbh.
My first thought was “what’s club music”

Music played in clubs. Elphenor is just nostalgic for when he was on the list and buying bottles at three months old while shakin his ass to some Björk ballads.

That casts a pretty wide net.

I'd like to know what clubs Elph is going to that are playing Bjork. I can imagine a gay bar playing Bjork, maybe, but even that would be a stretch. When I hear 'club music', I think house music. I suppose Bjork's first album had elements of house, but if I go to a club that's bumping Bjork, I'm leaving and I'm getting my tip to the doorman back on my way out.

Maybe I've been spoiled by LA but I'm used to there being hundreds of different club vibes that go beyond standard bangers. I'd probably stick around if they were playing her Death Grips stuff.

EDIT: actually that would likely be a sausagefest. I'd have better luck at a gay bar.

I always thought club music was stuff like Darude's Sandstorm. Gamers love that ****.

Elph, If you don't think any of these are good, then I can't help you.

Let me guess - it's "The Fragile"? Or...if you're really edgy, it's "Year Zero"?

No, it's The Downward Spiral. They're wrong.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.
