Funny. This is actually the only "big" Floyd album that holds up for me. Animals, The Wall, and Wish You Were Here are the bland ones to me. I don't think it's a masterpiece by any means but rather an album that can generate some good memories of, like Plank said, getting stoned with my friends. My tastes have obviously matured but it's nice to look back and see how simple things used to be.
