Ja about half of his discography is pretty ****ty but his high points are high as ****.

Nails would not get half the adulation they get in the underground music press if they didn't have such good production. They deserve plenty of praise for being so sick and making such memorable songs, but there are plenty of awesome PV bands that get **** with their lo-fi production.

I love them but yes they are incredibly overhyped.
