Except those first three albums can easily have a case for being stoner metal.
Listen to the tracks millionaire, six shooter, and tension head. Those tracks are metal! Then you have songs like hanging tree, feel good hit of the summer, and regular John that have a fairly heavy instrumental sound in it that I would say qualifies as metal. And then you have songs like no one knows where it's verse is rock but then the chorus transitions into a more metal sound. |
