I need to get more into them. Been putting it of for years despite being very interested and impressed with what I have heard. And after months of just hearing so-so indie rock, listening to You're Living All Over Me helped me remember why I was so into the genre in the first place.

Oh wow Post Rock/Math Rock. It ain't like it's hiding under a rock ... or under a post for that matter. Do the math.

Now you're beginning to sound like Dr. Evil.

I randomly chose the "Without a Sound" album, in case that's significant. |

J. Mascis is great. He does it right.

Nickelback sucks! Oh wait, that's not controversial. BUT it does seem to me that there's been quite a sort of change of wind in the last few years where people starts admitting to liking Nickelback or at least saying they're not that bad. Guess this proves that it's not bandwagon jumping when I still insist that Nickelback is a truly awful band. The kings of banal, tasteless blandness with absolutely no soul. Nu metal also pretty much deserves its bad reputation, strange recent come-back of the genre be damned (except Velcra, they're pretty good). So... Where's the Nu-metal and Nickelback apologists hiding on musicbanter? I know you people are out there!
