Shawn Lane, huh? Mind blowing. I'm not going to lie. But guitar playing is an art not a sport. Take your hero Jimmy Page. The opening chord to The Rain Song is worth more than six hours of that dude's arpeggios. Cool video though.

Eddie Van Halen is definitely under-appreciated by music snobs. He did indeed revolutionize rock guitar. Not fit to wipe Hendrix's ass but a brilliant guitarist and artist still. Glad I got see him live back in the real Van Halen days.
