This music opinion is going to piss everyone off.

Spoiler for Don't kill me:
Limp Bizkit isn't that bad.

Maybe if you're about 13. I can't see how their stuff would appeal to adults.

I also feel like this about most of Eminem's work.

If Limp Bizkit have matured since they released New Old Songs then fair enough but I haven't heard any of their stuff since then. I loved their second and third albums when I was a child but can't listen to them now.

I'm twenty, but the thing is, It's nostalgia. I listened to their stuff as a kid that I can't help but to love it purely for the memories it brings up.

Not gonna pretend I can't still jame to their singles that I remember from high school, but they don't make me wanna explore their actual discography. Maybe I'll check out Chocolate Starfish just for ****s and giggles.

I have no nostalgia for Limp Bizkit. I didn't like them in their heyday and continue to not like them.

That's nostalgic dislike.

Talk about no hardcore cred: I've never listened to Converge of my own volition. I know they've become this iconic band, but my only exposure to them was from a former roommate of mine who was a complete jackass so they've always been kind of tainted for me.

Yeah, sometimes I get wistful reminiscing about how much I hated nu metal back in the good old days.

Only a minute long and it's pure fire.

You also perfectly summarise 2pac fans imo as well, it seems like they're all whiny 13yo's. Don't get me wrong I like 2pac's work a bit but I definitely stopped liking him as much once i went past my early teens. Also don't really think he's all too much worthy of the legendary status he has. If you were to compare pac with to other contemporaries I would say Biggie's work is far superior, but maybe I just prefer the style of East coast rap a bit more. Either way Biggie is someone I extensively listen to still, while pac I do not.
