U'm just saying, I can listen to a bad vocalist if I find the rest of the music good. Alanis Morrisette's Jagged Little Pill. Not something I have to "think" about.

I don't think about it when I decide a song I'm hearing sucks, but a bad vocalist is a surefire way for me to hate a song.

Bad is subjective, so yes that does determine if a song is bad.

Completely true. But you can still tell if a song has a bad vocalist and a great guitar solo.
I understand completely, and disagree on the quality of his as well. He could be better, but he can also be extremely versatile with his singing.
