There's so much wrong with this post.

1. Face palm #1. Are you f*cking kidding me? I know you have a major boner for Spears but come on man.

2. Yes, Spears has sold more, but millions of artists/bands would give their genitals to have sales of 50 million units worldwide.

3. Face palm #2. Are you f*cking kidding me? I know you have a major boner for Spears but come on man.

Yeah, I know you have a hard-on for technical proficiency, but have you ever actually listened to a Christina Aguilera album? They're dull. They're generally one or two dance pop singles, surrounded by Maria Carey wannabe trash that shows off her pipes, but nothing else. Whereas a Britney album is several dance pop hits, surrounded by similar dance pop songs of slightly less, but still comparable quality.

And when talking about album sales and hit singles, it matters when you're a pop star. That racket is about being a product for mass consumption more than it is about making music, and Britney has proven far more adept at it than Christina.

So, more consistently enjoyable music + better marketing success > being able to sing real good.

Varg is rolling over in his future grave.

(I get what you are saying)

Linky = Dr. Feelgood: Down By the Jetty

Doesn't matter. I'm just happy to get to know another side of you.

(side note: Christina's home setup has studio monitors that I helped design and I know from a couple of my co-workers who have interacted with her that she's cool as **** these days.)

Works fine for me. It starts two posts below that entry anyway.

And this is a better song than anything Christina ever did. All 'bout that bangin' production. And that gloriously ricidiculous video.

Why did this thread fall into disuse?

Anyway, Liquid Swords is boring and GZA isn’t even the best of Wu-Tang.

N'Sync, Backstreet Boys, and Boys to Men are total crap.

Meme albums tend to be some of my favorites.

The Big Bubble is the best Residents album.
