Hey Blackdragon123, don't feel bad about disliking Halford's voice. We all have our preferences. Anyway, if you're really interested in listening to him more to get a feel for his range/variety, here's one of my favorite Judas Priest songs:

Thanks for this man, the funny thing is I quite enjoyed the musical side of this track, but the vocals still don't grab me. I just don't dig the vibe or feel the presence when it comes to old Robbie.

Grateful Dead were cool guys but a bland, unexciting band, but "Terrapin Station" is one of the best things to hit the mainstream music scene ever.
Slash is a fantastic musician. Music requires a lot of diligent, structured practice. "Feeling it" and "connecting" is not enough to be really good. Music theory actually expands your musical inventiveness, it doesn't restrict it. |
