This opinion is actually pretty popular, but not compared to all the priase it gets:
Never Mind the Bollocks, here's the sex pistols is an extremely repetitive, mediocre punk album.

I just think the Hall of Fame is stupid. The fact we disagree on Green Day so much just shows there is far too much subjectivity to create a 'Hall of Fame'. Fame is already a measurable concept, putting someone on the list doesn't define their fame.

The HOF has been a thing for over 30 years. There's literally hundreds of artists already inducted. Green Day more than fits the bill.

That was my point. So many of the hundreds of artists are terrible. I think they should earn their status as a classic, rather than placing importance on whether or not they're in a club.

Simon & Garfunkel? Joni Mitchell? MJ? Ma****ingdonna? Earth, Wind, and Fire?

When did rock n roll become so all inclusive? ****ty artists inducted aside (at least Green Day is within the genre), that is just mind boggling to me.

And ABBA.

RRHOF is a joke.

Sounds like this ''Rock Hall of Fame'' thing I didn't know about is not something to be taken seriously in the slightest.

It's almost as if all you have to do to get into the Rock and Roll Hall of FAME is be famous. Weird.
