whats on MTV?
 

I havent watched mtv since TRL started, but I have gained interest in the indoctrinating MTV station since one of my fav. bands PEEPING TOM have made a music video. so when are the music videos played? hella late?

Yeah, if you wait till like 1:30 or 2 am CST, then they start playing videos nonstop.

Yeah, I would watch videos when I woke up for school at like 6:30. I think they stop playing them at 7am.

MTV 2 is better IMO though because they play lots of videos, and shows I actually enjoy like Viva la Bam and Jackass. MTV also has a top rock countdown daily.

mtv2 is WAY better
unfortunately we no longer have digital cable so i cant watch it
i loved the top 20 rock countdown they had on there

i only watch mtv now for wild n out
& occasionally next if im in the mood

pimp my ride is so unbelievably scripted by horrible actors that it sickens me
so i dont watch it
& yo momma is a cheap copy of wild n out
i gave it chance just for wilmer valderrama
but i really dont like it

It really is....especially the tech guy that spikes his hair......i mean omigah!

But I still love cars....even if some of the stuff they do is just OUTRAGEOUS. Like who REALLY needs a ps2 in their trunk? really!?

MTV2 kicks arse. Dunno whether it's the same in Americaville as it is over here in Blighty, but you get all kinds of great music and interesting MUSIC BASED programmes. None of that Date My Mom and Made **** you get on normal MTV.

Mtv2 sucks too just not as much.

I remember catching "next" when they had lesbiens and I was shocked by the "eplictive deleted" that they get away with saying.

for example this lesbien got dumped or nexted and she was like " thats too bad ( shows her fingers) because baby you dont know what your missing, I have long fingers etc."

I dont understand why when I watched MTV when I was like 6-10 people thought a little cartoon called beavis and butt head was curruptive, wheras today there is all this perverted crap on mtv today. In private its ok but I dont want to watch that sick crap after spongebob.

you tube is a good substitute for MTV.

You Tube is awesome.

For music videos I like to watch Fuse though they are not as good anymore. MTV would be good if it just had the muic videos at a reasonable time.

MTV is great, i think they have pulled away from the music videos more and are starting to see that the reality shows get more money in the bank. Also MTV, VH1, and CMT have come together to create a new channled called MHD Music High Definition which conisists of everything in HD from videos, to shows about the artists and much more.

You think reality TV shows are a good thing?

You`re easily pleased I must say. No doubt you`d find pro celebrity sh*t shovelling compelling viewing

^Actually I like the majority of VH1's Celebreality series. Surreal Life is the shit! But Hogan Knows Best and Flavor of Love suck more than any reality show ever.

I`ll admit to watching Hells Kitchen USA but thats only coz it`s fun to see a Brit barking orders & swearing at a bunch of over confident Americans ;)

What's so great about HD? I really can't tell the difference except I'd be paying x ammount (x being a positive real number) more for HD than for regular.

have you seen a HD tv? more pixels or colors. Its sharper and more vibrant. My friend has an HD it makes sports and porno better.
