by far the best band i've seen perform live is Built To Spill....i didn't really like them that much till i saw them live.....and now every chance i've had i've gone....and they just get better and better....they just sound amazing live, great stage presence. no nonsense....just quality rock n roll

but
Caroliner Rainbow would take the cake for greatest live act i've ever seen

when they co-headlined the capitol hill block party (with no other than Jesus Lizard!....yes i was indeed in heaven ) they did a poll on the strangers website for "the fans" to choose what they most wanted to hear live....and then did their entire set to that.....it was an amazing show

Dinosaur Jr. or Animal Collective. They're both among my favorite artists and the show was downright crunk and unforgettable due to many factors.

I've never had the pleasure of seeing any of my favorite bands but the best concert I've ever been to was a local punk show. The band was terrible and I do not remember their name but the bassist and the fat lead singer hit on me from the stage, I got really, really stoned, and I moshed so hard that I broke a blood vessel in my arm. I can't wait until I can drive so I can mosh every weekend. I'll probably be deaf and brain dead after two months of it but I'll be so much happier and laid back than I am now.

I saw Interpol back in April, but that's the only 'concert' I've been to. Good times, though. We were really lucky when they played some old stuff from their EPs.

The best concert I must have been to was Vans Warped Tour since that music appeals to me. However, the best performance was at Osheaga where I got to see City and Colour and Death Cab For Cutie. Outstanding performance from indie artists such as An Horse and Elephant Stone and Smith And Westerns.
