Ok, it's that time of the year again. Let's do better this time folks. Anyone with a minimum of pop sensitivity (meaning you know how to tell a good pop album from a bland one and aren't afraid to listen to mainstream) recommend some good pop/dance albums from the past year (emphasis on ALBUMS, can't be bothered to download singular tracks).

I'm looking at Billboard and so far I'm gonna download the new album from Rihanna. Are the albums from R Kelly or Maroon 5 any good (and by that I mean, will 10 year old kids and retarded housewives enjoy it)?

Again, I have to repeat that if it was up to me I would play Of Montreal, LCD Soundsystem, Bloc Party, Spoon and the like, tried it last year and it didn't go over very well....>.>

P.s.: I will keep bumping this thread until someone helps me out so save yourselves some annoyance and make some suggestions.

Edit: So far I've got:

1. Rihanna - Good girl gone bad
2. Nelly Furtado - Loose
3. Nelly Furtado - Best of the remixes
3. Lilly Allen - Alright still...
4. Justin Timberlake - Futuresex lovesounds
5. Beyonce - Bday
6. Gwen Stefani - The sweet escape
7. Pink - I'm not dead

I think that covers all the heavyweights. But I need more.

Doesn't every job?

OT: This is making me very nervous...I hate being made to guess other people's taste...especially after last year when the ingrates complained if a single song (and I think I gave them a few hundred) was a bit "slower" than they'd like it to be...I can't tell you how annoying it is when people complain about my music choices...(plus, listening to whiny bitches that pass as pop is seriously affecting my mental health, what the fuck happened to Nelly Furtado!?!?).

HELP ME PEOPLE!!! SINGLES, ALBUMS, REMIXES, ANYTHING!!

You gotta get some Justice. Album called †

If you didn't get Daft Punk last time, put Discovery (the album) on.

But for good ol' pop, Thriller... Anyone who says they don't like that album is a liar.
I am a liar. Disco music should never sell this many albums.
