I've been wanting to check out some Budgie for quite some time but have yet to get around to it. How's the album?

Good Idea ... If there is much I can see on the net, I think I can make some traditional Chinese music thread in the World/Folk music section - (Tho usually my threads die such a painful death).

I don't really buy albums or download anymore, all about discographies. But I'm looking forward to these guys debut. If it's anything like their first single, they may be the first new band with any real talent in a looooong time. (IMO, I invite you to prove me wrong.)

I took my time getting this album because of the disappointing reviews. I finally manned up and got it today and I'm just about to listen to it. I hope I'm not as turned off by this album as a lot of people I know are. |

Not really bad, just dries up at a few spots. There are some pretty kickass moments though. Scumbag Blues and Elephants are both solid tracks.

Glitch is good, unless overdone of course. Strange though that I never noticed much glitch in this album. Maybe it's subtle enough, or I'm just used to some amount of glitch in every electronic album I listen to so I don't even notice it or pay special attention to it.
Wait...Make Me Love You More? Is it a remix album?
