Llyr - Unil Glew Ysgnd

How I enjoy the crystalized corn-flake roar of a rare black metal demo.

And I also picked up Hector Zazou's Corps Electriques, thanks for the up n' up Lee. This hits my cool-o-meter to screaming heights.

U ever checked Sausage which was the band he was in just before Primus? They got together for an album in '93 I think. Most people forget that he was in great Thrash band before all this too- Blind Illusion.

Nekromantix - Hellbound.

Pretty much what you'd expect on a psychobilly album; it doesnt deviate too much away from the standard conventions of the genre, and as a result it can seem a tad formulaic. The band seems to be fond of extended jams and overall the music lacks the inspiration and memorable hooks contemporaries such as The Meteors and Batmobile effortlessly conjure. Overall though, its creepy and fun, and thats all i was really expecting.

Black metal album covers really are quite brilliant sometimes

They really are. Except for the occasional ones that go a bit too far... like Mayhem's Dawn of the Black Hearts. Some are just.. weird
