i downloded 1969's 'Town and Country' because Steve Marriott (the wee man with the big voice and the L'oreal-worthy hair) is brilliant and i've watched this video about fifty times in the last 48 hours. It's a disappointment as expected :/ The production has no oomph and the folkier numbers leave me cold, and err Peter Frampton

Seriously? That album is brilliant! Give it a few spins. And honestly, that's the song I like least on the album. So I guess if you were looking for more of the same I could see it not living up to that expectation.
