I was looking through vinyl records at the good will and I found Bookends by Simon & Garfunkel, some album by John Coltrane, Days Of Future Past by The Moody Blues, and some Donna Summers album. And so starts my vinyl collection... unfortunately my sister had all the money so I only get the J.C vinyl. Good deal, 99 cents each!

Mouth of the Architect - Quietly Pretty decent post-metal album, however I would have preferred if the vocalist remained quiet as I think post-metal is more of an instrumental form of music. Some bands are better than others, and the musical portion of this album is top-notch, but the vocals did get a little grating after awhile. Katatonia - Brave Murder Day Got this one because it features Mikael Åkerfeldt on vocals |

Ugh. Yes I've heard the "fucking" album but I don't often pay attention to lyrics or song titles so if it's a reference to either of those I have no idea.
Edit: Ok I just checked, see it's a song title. Still confused by the "YEAH!" and "no thanks" though. YEAH because you like the album, but "no thanks" because you don't like that song? Fuck if I know what you're thinking.

Pelican - City of Echoes I was quite impressed with What We All Come To Need that I decided to research this band further. From what I've found this album seems to give fellatio or something because I've heard nothing but good things. SO far so good. Pelican - March Into The Sea EP Same site that was selling City of Echoes was selling this, for $.82 so I figured why not. Cult of Luna - Salvation Yet another band I've decided to build up on what I already had. |

Pete, quite the albums you've picked up. Getting into some instrumental rock, eh? I wasn't that impressed with City of Echos, but it might be because I'm balls-deep in The Fire in Our Throats Will Beckon the Thaw constantly ...
EDIT: Um, just to clarify, I don't have male genitalia. |
