Howl is the only record (bar the very last one which was download only i think?) that i havent heard in its entirety but Baby 81 is actually my favourite of theirs. I thought their second record was far weaker. But each to their own i guess.

Did you get the last one? I need to get on that i think. It's meant to be completely instrumental.

Nick Drake- All three studio albums
The Flaming Lips- oh my gawd the flaming lips, clouds taste metallic, zaireeka, battle with the mystics or whatever it's called, transmissions from satellite heart
re-DL'd Yoshimi

re BRMC: the debut and Howl all the way baybeh. The first one was so f*cking shoegazey (years and years before i knew what that meant). Howl was a brilliant U-Turn. 'Fault Line' etc. I saw them touring the first album then again for Baby 81, which i am not huge on, it's a good rocker ispose

Now i stop and think about it, the debut is my favourite. Baby 81 has a few tracks on it that i think are amazing but overall as a full record, yeah the debut's better. I do like Baby 81 though.

Finally found all the files I need to put my copy of Desert Lights by Something for Kate together... now I just gotta complete the puzzle by sequencing the tracks together properly and burning them to a nice, usable, hard copy CD... blissful success!

Do you recommend the album?

The only one I have is "Rock for Light"

Yeah, what engine said, their s/t is essential, and Black Dots is awesome. I'm also really partial to The Youth are Getting Restless , which is one of their 4 live albums. Their last album Build a Nation was produced by Adam Yauch (MCA) of the Beastie Boys and It's amazing, especially for a band with 30 years under their belt. I'm really not sure if there's a Bad Brains album I don't recommend (Well, Rise is Kinda' meh)
