Oh ****. Nice one! I picked this up in Dublin a few years ago. It's up there on my Pelican list. Speaking of which, I think I'm going to put on The Fire in Our Throats Will Beckon the Thaw

I've been on a bit of an instrumental metal tangent lately. I'm really pleased w/ the album

You should check out some stuff from The Ocean then. What other Pelican albums do you have? Also, Zebulon Pike is a new favorite of mine lately. II: The Deafening Twilight is good to start with. They are also instrumental metal.

This is my first pelican album. I was checking out some similar bands (russian circles, rosetta, mouth of the architect et al.) on itunes and this album really appealed to me more than any of the others I'd checked out.
