Red face Wreck of the Day

by: Anna Nalick
She has a raspy quality to her voice, easy to listen to throughout the entire CD.

VoiVod - Infini

This one seemed to slip by me this summer, however I have now and all is good.

Amon Amarth - With Oden On Our Side

Gave Twilight of the Thunder Gods and Fate Of Norns a spin yesterday back to back and decided to expand on my Amon Amarth collection.

I like that one but in my opinion their first one is their best one.

So damn disappointing compared to their last release Katorz.

I first heard this upon release and thought it was awful. How times change. It's brilliant brutal Black Metal.

They are supporting Porcupine Tree when I see them on Saturday and I have their debut, so I thought I should checkout their latest. It's Okay but runs out of steam quickly. Sort of commercial atmospheric rock with a hint of shoegaze:

I only had the album Royal Society and liked it and then discovered their debut. Punky psychobilly FTW.

Still, it's good I'd say.
You should definitely give 'His N Hers' and 'Different Class' a listen. They were classic Pulp records.

Cycled over the hill and far away after work to pick this up.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
