i hate that the Beatles are being reduced to a video game.

but i did see the previews and it looks like they took the time and effort to get the details right. maybe it's a good game.

let the little children come to them, i say.

well you must hate tons of bands, because like......everyone is on them at this point.

Magical Mystery Tour is legendary, I couldn't pitchfork gave it 10 though, I've never know any critic to go nuts and put it on the same pedestal as the golden 5/6. Still I won't be touching that set at the ridiculous prices they currently from my own pocket, either a Christmas present, or I will buy them when they do vinyl versions, which I don't mind going a bit overboard for.

What does that mean? Are you referring to THAT specific game or the fact that their music has been included in a game full stop?

i don't mind the Rock Star/Guitar Hero games at all. i think they're fun to play. even if some of the song selections are a little lame.

it's just that once again the band is subjected to overexposure and commercialization, and that's kind of sad to me. but hey, we've all got to earn our bread i guess.

But were talking about the Beatles here, right? One of the biggest, most recognisable, popular bands of all time to begin with?

This was recommended to be by someone but I never got hold of it. I still have the link so maybe it's worth a listen after all.
