Old news, and that threat was open to all the current smartphones, it's just that the idiots at Apple refused to do anything until someone demonstrated it to them and then went public with the problem.

Google were like 'yeah, we've already fixed it on ours' lol.

My Skullcandy headphones cracked after like 3 months. The sound is great but a thumbs-down for durablility.
