It is one of their best, IMO, along with 2112, Permanent Waves, and Moving Pictures.

Brand new Obituary album
Brilliant English Pop music. I have been after this one for a while now. I have never heard Cop Shoot Cop. Always gaps, always. One of my favourite Post Punk/pop bands from the 80's. Brilliant.
