http://www.progreviews.com/reviews/images/Gen-Tres.jpg Genesis - Trespass [Remastered] (1970) No Phil Collins on drums and Anthony Phillips (very cool guy in his own right) on guitar instead of Steve Hackett, but this is one hell of an album nevertheless. Gabriel sounds magnificent on "Stagnation" and "The Knife" is absolutely classic from start to finish. Remaster ftw! http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_M_LYoHgbov...s400/cover.jpg Dredg - El Cielo (2002) Man, when it comes to Dredg, there's always something going on underneath the surface. Although its all over the place stylistically, this is unquestionably a very creative effort, even beautiful at times. Makes me want to check out their other releases. |

Sweet. The long track was a little meandering, but there are some really good songs on here. I had "Golf Girl" stuck in my head for a while. http://www.progreviews.com/reviews/images/tMO-tIMF.jpg A fusion record I actually like. The drumming is intense. |
^^^ Both great albums. I thought the title track was the standout.
