My copy of the Complete Recordings:Black Tambourine finally came in yesterday and I've been playing it over and over again.

I love this band. Have you heard Vivian Girls? If you like Black Tambourine, you'll definitely love them.

I only had "The Way of All Flesh" and I felt I needed to change that, so I did because I rock.

I've heard of them and I've seen a couple interviews with them but I keep forgetting to check them out. Do you really think their similar though? Black Tambourine are more twee and Vivian Girls keep referring to themselves as a punk band.

So far I tend to like it best at 33 1/3 rpm (it is meant to be played at 45)

...but it's growing on me

I thoroughly enjoyed that album, but it had to grow on me too.
