I was actually listening to some of his stuff yesterday on Last FM and it sounds great.

Have you heard High Contrast's fabriclive mix? It's awesome. Fancy a trade on the High Contrast?

I have a couple of Photek tracks on various mix's but they didn't blow me away.

Not as good as Siamese Dream, still loved it though.

Sure! I did remember to check them out based on your recommendation a while back. It'll take me a while though to send it across as I've lost the link for now.

And photek didn't blow me away either...I did like that album a bit more as it went on and sounded more like a grower, but as it is, I hate growers when it comes to drum n bass. Usually don't give them second chance. This does seem to get better though with more listens.

No worries with the time scale. As usual I have shedloads backed up!

I can't even begin to imagine what a collaboration between a pure noise band like Nurse With Wound and a band with melodic pop sensibilities like Stereolab would sound like but i'm looking forward to finding out.
They did another collaboration around '93 called Crumb Duck that turned out exceptionally. I'm gonna have to check that one out too.
