This is one band i've never really got to grips with.
It's like on paper they tick all the right boxes for me to like them , but when I listen to them there's just something lacking that I can't put my finger on.

Haha, I like it. I don't try to analyse it or anything, it's just... good background music, and I say that in the nicest way possible. Well, I think it's good. |

James Grant - Strange Flowers.
Ex Love and Money frontman's 5th solo album, and probably his best yet. The title track was written for a Swedish vampire movie that never got made - and you can see it working. James's voice is reminiscent of Scott Walker on a few of the tracks. |

Sure thing!
I thought the second one was lacking a bit although my description might sound interesting . Who knows anyways...you might end up liking it more. Anyways, here's another one I bought an hour back - Iration Steppas - Dubz From De Higher Regionz Some of the most bass heavy dub I've ever heard! Might send shock waves across your head or room depending on what you use. No kidding! Is that a good or a bad thing, I'm not really sure . |

As for Iration Steppas...I got their release through my friend and haven't ripped it yet! All their youtube stuff from this album seems to be live, so the bass isn't all that noticeable. (although most of it sounds good) YouTube - Iration Steppas - Locks |
