Änglagard - Epilog (2003 re-release)

Among the greatest instrumental rock/prog. rock albums of all time, if not the pinnacle. Hell, even some of you post-rock snobs would like it!

David Bowie - The Man Who Sold The World (1970)

Considering how annoying all the Bowie hype around here is, that doesn't mean I wasn't curious about some his pre-Ziggy output. Plus, its definitely heavier than anything he'd end up doing in ensuing decades, which I find to be a good thing.
safe mate, that's my fave Bowie record aswell depending on the time of month...

i just downloaded a bunch of old skool sets, so if it aint greeze n' gun chat i dont wants to hear it i'm doing an EP of techy 2-step using this free application (with a bassoon voice that makes amazing basslines) so this is where i look

You know I've been meaning to listen to them. I love the beginnings of the industrial scene, Throbbing Gristle, Foetus, Einsturzende Neubauten...

This one is a little later on around '90 I think but I will send you a link that I'm in the middle of that is a compilation and would be a good starter.

ooioo gold and green megaupload - Google Search

I'm pretty shocked by the lack of Google skills some of you people have.

Gold and Green is probably their best (I haven't listened to all of it yet). Taiga is pretty good too, if you can get though it alright (a lot of people only like it in small doses).

So today is payday, and that meant a trip down to the Northern Quarter

Chad Stuart & Jeremy Clyde - Of Cabbages & Kings

Some gorgeous stuff going on with this album, stuff from 1967

Five Man Electrical Band - Half Past Midnight

Formerly known as The Staccatos, this Canadian band have not got one bad song on this album, also contains some bonus Staccato rarities from 67/68

Gale Garnett & The Gentle Reign

Awwww man I'm in love,

Mouse & The Traps - The Fraternity Years

A band who featured on Nuggets, thought I'd go the full hog and buy an albums worth of their stuff, not disappointed!
