I listen to a wide variety of rock/metal/other such things.

Anything from Slipknot, In Flames, Nickelback, Zug Izland, Mudvayne, Blue October, One Minute Silence, Seether, and many more.
[These are just the one's I can think of this second.]

One of the reasons that I don't talk much about rock is that it's hard for me to find new bands that I actually like.
So, if you have any suggestions, let me know.

I talk more about Hip-Hop, though, because to me, there's a lot to like.
The Wordplay and such.
There's a lot more variety to it.

As an Australian, I should probably check out some more Midnight Oil. How are you finding that album?

It's a great album for sure. I've only managed to listen to it once, but I really like what I hear - Blue Sky Mine (which I think did quite well as a single) is an early highlight for me. Diesel & Dust and 10-1 are gonna take some beating though.

They're probably my favourite classic Aussie band (that said I'm no expert on the whole scene) - if you want any links to their stuff just let me know

If you're posting in the music forums make sure to be thoughtful and expressive, if you're posting in the lounge ask yourself "is this something that adds to the conversation?" It's important to remember that a lot of people use each thread. You're probably not as funny or clever as you think, I know I'm not.
