Seriously though, I don't think anyone here has dudes on covers as consistently as you have women. Nothing wrong with that obviously.

I like plenty of music made by men. But one of my favorite genres is singer/songwriter, and in that category I tend to like women artists much better. It's not just that I post lots of stuff that is fronted by women. I also mainly post solo artists rather than bands.

Scarlett Johansson makes music??! I'm totally gonna look that up, not because I have faith in the musical quality, but man, that voice of hers...

Edit: Ok that was a nope for me. Somehow the great things about her speaking voice do not translate to her singing voice

I listened to the album half an hour ago. Also not sure about her singing voice. There was some nice things about the album and Scarlett made it work better in some of them, but Juliette Lewis from that album was definitely more convincing that she could quit her actress day job and become a singer full time.

I need to process that ScarJo album a bit more, but it seemed a bit awkward, I think.
