Yes, the same great Canadian artist.
That album was released in the mid 70s on Philip Glass' label Chatham Square.
Used to drive people crazy with it back then (especially coming out of my dorm room).
Not my intention. It was, and still is, a great collection of three conceptual audio pieces.
Thought to bring it out after the ...Women Whistlers... reminder.
