The Hellers Singers…Talkers…Players…Swingers… & Doers What a whacked out album. 1960's sunshine pop album mixed in with all these commercial jingles and left turns pretty much everywhere. Psych pop and then all of a sudden a Gil Evans style space jazz piano number. So it's a bunch of jingles mixed in with a bunch of strange songs that don't go together but it's kind of like you're changing the channel except it's a f*cking album from the 1960's. They apparently actually created commercial jingles back then and decided to make an album after they apparently did a bunch of drugs. That last part is my own speculation but this is pretty far out there. Some really sweet ass songs though. Check this sh*t out... |
