Got this on CD today because I traded some stuff in a second hand record store and I had money left to spend. Saw it on the new albums shelf, vaguely remember it getting a good reception, having possibly heard a glimpse of a track here and there. Just took a chance, really, since it wouldn't cost me anything.

Might have seen Goofle talk about it? I'm not even sure. Probably Anthony Fantano, at least.

Gave it one spin earlier today. Not sure what I think yet, but it definitely wasn't bad at all.

The original performances of the 30s,40s and 50s..
