Carseat Headrest - Twin Fantasy - totally digging it. Love the guys writing, love his guitar crunches/noodling, love the dead pan delivery. Considering I'd never listened to the bandcamp version, I'm pretty happy with this.

Ought - Room Inside The World - what hasn't been said already. They take a more conventional approach to post punk, which is making or breaking people and I for one am pretty neutral. Some incredible songs, but as a whole, I don't think I'll be coming back for awhile.

Dark Thoughts - S/T - this fucking band though I cannot stop repping. If you enjoy music, you should give up 18 minutes of your life to this tiny album.

Ja it's a major let down for them. Approaching it without that expectation, it's decent enough though.

Let't not forget how bad the singers solo record was.

Last CD I bought was The Killers - Direct Hits (I think that was the last). Usually don't listen to newer music, but this compilation of theirs is good.

The album Wood Witch by The Hare And The Moon. Good folk ambient from the UK. Most of the songs are traditional, and it's delivered in a beautifully creepy way.
