I bought this one recently as well, took a chance by not listening to it at all before I bought it, and it's a good album. It's a little too safe to compare with his stuff like Odelay, but it has a post-punk vibe to it that I like.

Got a few new CD's:
MacKenzie - Fama Clamosa Don't actually know what this is yet... exciting! Kylie - self titled and Enjoy Yourself The two only Kylie albums I didn't have on CD Juana Molina - Un Dia which by the way was recommended to me by... Trollheart? I think so. Maeve MacKinnon - Fo Smuain I have a very good album with her already. Almost didn't get this one at first as she is completely unrecognizable on the album cover, but then I noticed the name. Talk about a makeover. |

Jeffrey Siedler - Logic Formations
Ten tracks of modular synthesis taken from over 2 hours of vintage 1970's style video graphics & modular atmospherics inspired by the super rare 1970's EMS Spectron video synthesizer. In the mid-70s, I used to work with stuff like this and would sometimes make extra pocket money from really stoned students who'd sit in one of the dorm TV rooms and watch this kind of "altered TV." Two examples of Siedler's work: |
