Just got my hands on Kings of Leon new album...

its pretty catchy..... nothing amazing imo, so far anyway... who kows it may grow on me.

Its less eclectic than Let It Be, more of a straightforward power-pop album. Just as good though, I go back and forth as to which one I like better. I highly reccomend it if you dig Let It Be.

El Ten Eleven-These Promises Are Being Videotaped



It's just Bass and Drums but it's post funky noodlings with no vocals and they used to do Post Rock but now they are dancing around. Go figure. I like it though. They do a rather nifty version of Paranoid Android with just the two instruments which sounds like a frigging orchestra.
