Chilly Gonzales - Chambers
Really enjoyed the relaxing piano and violins while I cycled home in the country. Big Brother & the Holding Company - Cheap Thrills An old favorite. There can never be too much Janis. Last edited by Zhanteimi; 05-12-2016 at 06:18 AM. |

Anaïs Mitchell & Jefferson Hamer - Child Ballads
In the summer of 2012, I had a breakthrough in my life. Thus, my music odyssey began as a byproduct of that breakthrough. And Anaïs Mitchell is one of the few artists who have made my odyssey worth having embarked upon. Merchandise - Children of Desire Keep in rotation. Ween - Chocolate and Cheese This might be the only Ween record I like. The other ones are tolerable, but they are made less tolerable by my friend who won't STFU about how awesome Ween is. Passion Pit - Chunk of Change I like all their records so far. Moon Duo - Circles Keep in rotation. Woods - City Sun Eater in the River of Light Wow. I really dig this album! Hits all the right buttons for me. Clap Your Hands Say Yeah Clap Your Hands Say Yeah It's like they kidnapped David Byrne and didn't make as good of music as Talking Heads. Scuba - Claustrophobia This fell flat for me. Yes - Close to the Edge So proggy I thought the ghost of my friend had come to visit. Last edited by Zhanteimi; 05-13-2016 at 07:13 AM. |

Two records I've listened to today so far:
Her best record hands down. Jay Reatard - Blood Visions If you want garage punk from Memphis, look no further. About to pop in: Sun Kil Moon - Benji

Ritchie Hawtin - Closer to the Edit
I'm not interested in just listening to techno. Blood Orange - Coastal Grooves I dig its atmosphere. Laura Stevenson - Cocksure Keep in rotation. Allie X - Collxtion I Keep in rotation. Last edited by Zhanteimi; 05-14-2016 at 12:13 AM. |

Sia - Colour the Small One
I like. Giraffage - Comfort Like an electronic blanket. Leon Bridges - Coming Home Groovy. Keep in rotation. Goat- Commune Freaky. Good stuff. Rabit - Communion I'm not a fan. Slow Club - Complete Surrender Keep in rotation. Vampire Weekend - Contra My erstwhile friend once said he couldn't like Vampire Weekend because when they were introduced to him, they were "overhyped". So, he couldn't like them because people liked them too much. ...so, in an effort to not let others influence what he liked, he let others influence what he liked. Prince - Controversy I'll be honest. I put this into rotation because he died. The Fratellis - Costello Music Have loved this one for years. Every track. Martin L. Gore - Counterfeit First listen. Good stuff. Last edited by Zhanteimi; 05-16-2016 at 06:06 AM. |
