Find #2 of 3 today - this one also from the antique store. There's a record dealer there who thought of me and went out to his car for it because he was sure I'd like it.

He was right on.

Now playing find number #3 today - The original pressing of Moondog and Friends (1953)

I was looking for electronic LPs from the late 60s to the early 90s and hadn't had any luck at the record show. Just before I left my favorite record dealer (the one who'd called me about Eno's The Ship on Friday) tapped me and told me that he'd spotted a spectacularly clean original copy of Moondog and Friends across the building that he knew I'd want to see.

Didn't have to think twice!

Hooray! Another album hit my doorstep today! NP: Tom Waits - Real Gone, and I'm picking up One From the Heart this week as well.

Then I'll only need Bad as Me to finish off my collection. Good times.

I've listened to their hits, but never given any of their records a front to back listen. Love "The Changeling", "LA Woman", "Been Down So Long". Hell I love this whole record.
