Heard this album for the first time today, and I agree completely. An excellent album from start to finish.

Impossible Symmetry by Helm Well Helm's album from this year is one of my new favorites, so when I stumbled upon this I decided Id have to give it a go. And it is wonderful. Noisy but peaceful. Somehow it reminds me of being drunk on the edge of blackout going through your night. You can hear all these noises around you but cant seem to do anything about them. But it doesnt matter anyway because youre drunk and content to be drunk. |

Sunset Rubdown - Dragonslayer Pleasantly surprised that I'm enjoying this as much as I am, considering I've given Shut Up I Am Dreaming many listens and the only song I enjoyed from it was the closing track.

The Front Bottoms - Back On Top
I've heard a few songs before the album came out, but I'm just listening to the full album right now. So far I'm a big fan. It already sounds more mature, but the lyrics are still personal, witty, and everything I expect from Sella.

Storm Corrosion.
Porcupine Tree meets Opeth. Love it.

Sår by Sortsind Its nearly winter so about time to break out the black metal and boy is this my kind of bm. lo-fi as hell, screaming vocals barely audible over the banging instruments, samples of screams/cries/laughter, dark ambient passages. its got it all. The fact that id never heard of this before yesterday is embarrassing. |

Never listened to Taylor Swift's version, never will, but I'm good with this.
