The AJJ comparison is fair seeing as him and the guys from AJJ are really good friends. It almost sounds like what AJJ would've done if they completely followed the punk parts of Knife Man instead of the slightly symphonic pop parts they went with instead.

All I know is we need a resurgence of catchy, mean pop punk AJJ and Jeff are pioneering.

Been on a bit of a death metal kick. A pretty good glimpse of the early DM scene. Love the campy horrific lyrics and it only gets more gruesome with there later records.
