It's a great album, I said in the last album you bought thread that it sounds like what Erik Satie would make if he were around today. Are any of his other albums similar to that one? I checked out some youtube vids and found some art rock type stuff, which isn't bad by any means but I'd like to hear more of his classical works.

I can't think off the top of my head of any of his stuff that's so classically inclined, here's hoping it'll be an avenue he'll explore further. However, he has some really great ambient pieces which I guess have a spirit of that. The Satie comparison is interesting actually. Definitely hear that.

Plight and Premonition is a collaboration with Can bassist Holger Czukay. Really amazing stuff actually.

Rilo Kiley - The Execution Of All Things
Death Grips - The Powers That B
Blur - Think Tank

Edit: I lied, I didn't listen to Jenny Death, just Niggas on the Moon.

Seems to be a bit of a David Sylvian love-in lately.
Which is kind of ironic because I got this yesterday..

Various Artists - PC Music Volume 1 (Definitely check it out if you like quirky pop music)
Ras G & The Koreatown Oddity - 5 Chuckles (Pretty average Rap music)
ScienZe - A Traveling Man. (Nothing exciting about this, but I kinda enjoyed the vibe)
Oneohtrix Point Never - Commissions II (Pretty good, but didn't keep my interest)
Z-Ro - Melting The Crown (Skip this shite rap)
The Fall - Sub-Lingual Tablet (Worth a listen if you're a fan)
Alva Noto - Xerrox vol.3 (Really boring ambient/glitch)
Acid Mothers Temple & The Melting Paraiso U.F.O. - High on New Heaven, Live in New Haven (Good stuff in parts, but nothing great)
Alabama Shakes - Boys & Girls (Really like their style, I dig it)

Downloaded a decent amount of shite lately so here's the band and album titles:

Taint - The Ruin of Nová Roma (2005) : Really good slugde/post-hardcore mix.

Petite Noir - The King of Anxiety [EP] (2015) : Listening now and it's a pretty great mix of art pop and R&B.

Monolord - Vænir (2015)

LiL UGLY MANE - THIRD SIDE OF TAPE (2015) : Apparently a kind of retrospective compilation. Not heard much of this guys music before so I'm not really sure what to expect.

Holly Herndon - Movement (2012)

Holly Herndon - Platform (2015) : Apparently she makes some kind of electronic and art-pop mix. Looking forward to these.

Big Blood - Double Days II (2015)

Jim O'Rourke - Simple Songs (2015) : Jimbo takes on chamber pop, apparently.

Prurient - Frozen Niagara Falls (2015)

S.H.E - Flowering Again (2012) : Mandopop. Mandopop?

She - Coloris (2008) : Electropop, I hear.

Judge - Chung King Can Suck It (1988) : This is expensive.

She - Outta Reach [Compilation] (2009) : Yes, the third artist that's essentially called "she". This one is garage rock, apparently.

Low Cut Connie Hi Honey

Sounds like a swamp rock Black Keys featuring Jerry Lee Lewis.

Waxahatchee American Weekend

Picked this up after enjoying Ivy Tripp.

Prefuse 73 Rivington Nao Rio

Have only heard a couple tracks so far.

Caravan For Girls Who Grow Plump in Night

Always loved the Canterbury prog sound of Caravan, and I found a great used copy of this album on vinyl recently.
