Yo La Tengo - And Then Nothing Turned Itself Inside-Out The 3rd band I'll be knocking off my backlog for tonight. This particular band piqued my interest after hearing so much about them and who they're compared to. Their sound turned out entirely different than I expected going into it. There's a distinct likable style and the bass in a lot of these songs is continually sucking me into a different state of mind. I'm digging this in a different way than I thought I would. Whoever compared this to Modest Mouse, why? Thanks, though. |

Some of the most blazing guitar playing I've listened to in a while. Poland is certainly in my top 10.
Fave Megadeath guitarist for sure.

Same here. Friedman's great but Poland is far more original with his style. Have you heard Damn the Machine?

I know his touring guitarist pretty well. Says that with Jeff it's what you see is what you get. He's "the dude" in real life too.
