Here's an image of some albums I am currently not illegally downloading:

And here's some albums that I also haven't illegally downloaded already tonight:

PRhyme - PRhyme

Sage Francis - Copper Gone

Panopticon - WHOLE GOD DAMN DISCOGRAPHY

Buddy Defranco and Oscar Peterson - Buddy Defranco and Oscar Peterson Play George Gershwin

Cozz - Cozz and Effect

But before all of that, last night I downloaded this:

Aretha Franklin - Aretha Franklin Sings The Great Diva Classics (2014)

It's alright you know. Incredible version of Adele's "Rolling In The Deep"

So I went to a record store today for some vinyl. Picked up a used copy of Zappa's Overnite Sensation for 4 dollars. The sleeve was in despicable condition but the vinyl is pristine, and that's all I care about. Along with this I got Angus Maclise's New York Electronic 1965, which is ****ing awesome. But last but not least, I've picked up a new prized possession: Throbbing Gristle's Second Annual Report. ****ed my ****ing pants when I saw that. Holy ****.

Needless to say it was a good load.

In addition to this my vinyl copy of Safe As Milk just came in the mail. I'm having some friends over and we're going to get drunk and have a listening party. Throwing 2014 in the trash can with a bang.

EDIT: Unfortunately, it's not the extended version of the album with the title track, Trust Us (my favourite on the album, so I guess that #1 slot is a farce), and those instrumentals. Still ****ing awesome though, just thought I'd fill you in because you care very much about my listening experience. This is the mono reissue which is great because the original stereo mix just seems kind of random and bull****ty to me (random? Beefheart? Get out!).

Matt Pike is rapidly becoming one of my favorite guitarists ever.

I misinterpreted this thread as albums that you listened to no matter how many songs. I'll only post full album listens for now on, sorry about that.

Revisited a secret love of mine that I for some reason have been neglecting:

Fink - Perfect Darkness
Fink - Biscuits for Breakfast
Fink - Distance and Time

My daily Elverum fanboyism:

Mount Eerie - Wind's Poem
The Microphones - The Glow, Pt. 2
The Microphones - Mount Eerie
Mount Eerie with Julie Doiron and Fred Squire - Lost Wisdom

Random misc stuff:

NSP Music Lab - Field Recordings in the Heliosphere
Various Artists - The Space Project

Sleep music:

Rain Sounds - Rain Sounds

Not done with my music listening for the night but I'll most likely just listen to the same old stuff anyway. I need to start listening to new music but I cant put down my current loves... bittersweet.

Liking the Crystal Castles. I need to do a more in depth listen of that Cloud Nothings album, I don't remember it very well.

I don't know why I've hesitated on checking out The Flaming Lips. Are they really that good? Also nice GY!BE and AJJ. I need to check out Wilco as well.

I looove The Flaming Lips, I know a lot of people just think eh, but I love almost everyone of their albums I'd suggest Yoshimi, Clouds Taste Metallic, The Soft Bulletin, or The Terror.

Don't tell Frownland about Wilco, lol yeah check them out though.

Don't listen to Machine, Embryonic is the best Flaming Lips album.

I forgot how great both Neutral Milk Hotel albums are.

Sufjan Stevens - Illinois

Trying to get into Sufjan more. I love his music and this album is no exception after its lasting first impression.

The Antlers - Hospice
The Antlers - Uprooted

I always forget about how great The Antlers is. The music is just as gorgeous as Peter Silberman's voice.

Carissa's Wierd - Songs About Leaving
Low - The Curtain Hits the Cast
Low - I Could Live In Hope

The Carissa's Wierd album is one of my favorites at this point. I'm trying to get more into slowcore as I've loved everything I heard from it so far.

The Flaming Lips - The Soft Bulletin

Listening to this band thanks to Machine.

Having a unique style is what usually gets me to return to a band. This album has a noticeable charm to it that makes it stand out. I can see it growing on me. I like it at first listen so I'll continue with their discography in the coming days and see what happens.

Mount Eerie - Dawn
Rain Sounds- Rain Sounds

Daily dose of Elverum and sleeping/relaxation sounds. Only ONE Elverum album?! Madness.
