Silent Whale Becomes a Dream - Canopy

Saw that this was rated surprisingly highly for an album with so few ratings on RYM's post-rock charts, so I gave it a shot.

I have no idea as to what people see in this, though. Sounds like generic crescendo-core to me.

Mitch Hedberg - Strategic Grill Locations

Not a music album, but I decided to cleanse my palette a bit with some stand-up comedy. And this is ****ing hilarious.

Oh **** yes. For me, this is the perfect thing to listen to while drowsy. So sublime.

Gas - Konigsforst, (1999)

Iceage - New Brigade, (2011)

Mad Conductor - MC Rises, (2014)

Svffer - Lies We Live, (2014)

Infamous Scientists - Noise N' Rhythm, (1981)

Helms Alee - Sleepwalking Sailors, (2014). Will most definitely be looking into this band more, especially since I've seen a lot of people saying their previous albums are better.

Christicide - Christicide, (2007)

Cremation Lily - Fires Frame the Silhouette, (2014)

Various Artists - Scared to Get Happy: A Story of Indiepop 1980-1989
Working my way through this 134 song set. I'm basically overdosing on 80's indiepop goodness right now and loving it.

Yep really digging it so far. Might be unwise to listen to it all in one sitting though.

Will be checking both out soon.
