I think Bush is a funny case, because they were so bad compared to the big Seattle bands they emulated, but so much better than the Creed/Nickelback post grunge sludge that followed.
I think of them like the mid-90s version of Grand Funk. The critics probably hated them too much, the audience probably loved them too much, but they made their small impact and you either get it or you don't. I graduated in 97, and even though I won't quite call myself a fan of Bush, I do at least get it. |

Chemicals between us is a pretty not bad song. that's my bush fact for the day.
Im currently listening to Lunaterial by Swallowed idk it sounds like it's trying to hard to be "out -there" doom metal, without really being very interesting (or out-there, really). may not finish the whole thing, but it's got a 25min end track so ill wait it out for that atleast. It could be the savior. |
