Stromae—Racine Carrée
A coworker just introduced me to this guy today. Apparently this album is number one in a whole bunch of countries in Europe right now, but if you're like me and have never even heard of him before, the music is a pure pop blend with a very wide array of dance influences from around the world. I like what I've heard so far.

^ That does tickle my fancy.

The first track on that BiS album is a little meh (orchestral rock/J-Pop), but it get's good quickly after.

It's definitely its own thing, I'ven't heard many artists who're similar to Igorrr.

Well whatever it can be considered, it's done so well. Grooveshark tags it as 'breakbeat'.

(not my pictures)

Finally got around to buying pg.lost's "Key" on vinyl. I've been wanting to for a while. There are only 250 copies and there were only 8 left. Definitely excited to see this come in the mail.

I'm in a soul/funk/jazz/rock/psych mood today, so I've just listened to (in order)...

Gass - Juju (1970)

8th Day - 8th Day (1971)

Demon Fuzz - Afreaka! (1970)

Chairmen of the Board - Skin I'm In (1974)

Chico Magnetic Band - Chico Magnetic Band (1971)

Fishbone - Truth and Soul (1988)
