Noriah Mills by GOG GOG makes some really cool dark ambient/drone stuff and Ive been listening to them(him?) a lot today and probably will continue. Unlike a lot of drone, they make comparatively short albums (~30min), which i kind of dont like. Wish this album was longer tbh but that's more of a compliment on how good it is. |

Wreck and Reference - No Youth suggested above....and it's very interesting |
I'll be checking out both of those albums, No Youth is very good so far. The singer sounds familiar, is he in another project?

Listening to it more intently I noticed he sort of sounds like the singer from Spiderland.
http://www.allaboutjazz.com/coverart...r_art_2012.jpg Fontanelle - Vitamin F This is some awesome funky jazz rock fusion stuff. I imagine if Miles were to release an album today it would sound like this. |

Gazing Long Into The Abyss by Meander breakcore i guess? idk electronic subgenres are very strange to me. Feels similar to Venetian Snares so that's what im going with. And now theyre sampling that twisted mark twain claymation movie from the 80s. pretty cool; better than the album art would suggest (it kinda suggests shitty alt metal or something i think) |
