so my copy of To Be Kind arrived....and i don't normally post pictures of personal copies of albums....but i am just far to excited about this

i kind of feel like Steve Martin in The Jerk....when he sees his name in the phone book for the first time....but to be forever etched on an album by one of your favorite bands is pretty damn groovy!

Not to mention that it's one of their best albums to date! That's pretty awesome bob., they listed you as a producer for a donation or something like that, right?

Amen Dunes - Love
This is amazing and by far his best work so far. Great folk, singer/songwriter stuff but very original which is so rare in that genre.

i have to agree 100%....i did not think this one would be better than The Seer....but it really is....i can't fucking wait to see these songs live....unfortunately i have to wait till September

yeah there were several levels and i went with the lowest with credits on the album which was $150....for $600 he would send you a dvd of Gira improvising a song with your name in it :)

Winger - Better Days Comin' (2014)

Absolutely phenomenal, as expected of maestro Kip Winger and Reb Beach. Easily this these guys' best recording together since 1993's Pull, which was a helluva rock record in it's own right.

Underrated all-female Alice in Chains clone. Good if you're craving AIC, but not AIC, and have a healthy dose of 'fempower!' in mind.

The Third Wave - Here and Now (1970)

Debut album by The Third Wave, a vocal quintet of Filipino teenage sisters with an easy listening lounge jazz/pop vibe. Conducted and arranged by the late, great George Duke.

Casualties of Cool - Casualties of Cool (2014)

Let's see how a county rock/blues album from Devin Townsend sounds.

Edit: google censorship strikes again, the pic was too sexy (or weird)

Guts of a Virgin - Painkiller

I don't think I've heard a jazz/grindcore fusion before... Pretty impressive. The name of the album is strangely fitting.

Great album! The follow up is ok but not great. If you dig that I highly recommend Psychfagist's Il Secondo Tragico.
